DESIGNATING THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 1975 TO DECEMBER 31, 1975, FOR THE NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP, EDUCATIONAL AND FUND DRIVE OF THE AEROSPACE ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC.

WHEREAS, aviation and aerospace technology are careers that should be encouraged to promote air and space consciousness among the youth of the land; and

WHEREAS, the educational, technological and recreational activities of the several Aerospace Cadets units organized throughout the country by the Aerospace Association of the Philippines, Inc., need the support of the Filipino people;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate the period from July 1, 1975 to December 31, 1975, for the national membership, educational and fund drive of the Aerospace Association of the Philippines, Inc.
