DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 13, 1975, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

WHEREAS, the 12th day (Independence Day) of June, nineteen hundred and seventy-five, being a public holiday, the 13th day (Friday) thereof may be declared as a special public holiday without any prejudice to the public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, June 13, 1975, as a special public holiday.
