[ Proclamation No. 1436, June 3, 1975 ]

FURTHER EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARENTHOOD COUNCIL TO MAY 31, 1976.

WHEREAS, the Responsible Parenthood Council was authorized under Proclamation No. 1031 dated June 14, 1972, to conduct a fund drive for its responsible parenthood program;

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 1266 was issued on May 27, 1974, extending the fund campaign period to May 31, 1975;

WHEREAS, in spite of said extension of time the organization was not able to achieve its fund drive goal and it is urgent that the organization achieve its goal to enable it to support its projects; and

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby further extend the fund campaign period of the Responsible Parenthood Council up to May 31, 1976.1aшphi1
