DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 19, 1975, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CALAMBA, LAGUNA.

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 19, 1975, marks the birth anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, our national hero; and

WHEREAS, the people of Calamba, Laguna, his birthplace desire to celebrate his birthday with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Thursday, June 19, 1975, as a special public holiday in Calamba, Laguna.
