EXTENDING THE TWENTY-EIGHT ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RED CROSS.

WHEREAS, the period from January 15 to April 30, 1975 was set aside as the twenty-eighth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross under Proclamation No. 1362 dated December 18, 1974; and

WHEREAS, the campaign did not realize its goal within the proclaimed period, and it is urgent that the organization achieve its fund drive goal in order to assure the optimum Red Cross humanitarian services for the needy and the suffering of our country;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the twenty-eighth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross up to July 31, 1975.
