DECLARING MAY 12, 1975, AS PAKIL FOUNDATION DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA.

WHEREAS, May 12, 1975, marks the foundation of Pakil, Laguna, as an independent and separate municipality; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper to call attention on this milestone of the town’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare May 12, 1975, as Pakil Foundation Day in the province of Laguna.
