DECLARING FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 1975, AS PHILIPPINE AUSTRALIAN ASSISTANCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DAY

WHEREAS, Friday, April 25, 1975, marks the anniversary of the signing of the memorandum of Understanding of the Philippine Australian Assistance Development Program; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper to focus public attention on the significance of said Program in Philippine-Australian relations;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Friday, April 25, 1975, as Philippine Australian Assistance Development Program Day.
