DECLARING THIS YEAR 1975 AS THE BICENTENNIAL ANNIVERSARY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABUGAO, ILOCOS SUR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur will celebrate its 200th year of existence;

WHEREAS, it is desirable to project this milestone in the municipality’s history and its contribution to national progress and development; and

WHEREAS, in order to focus the food production campaign and its cultural preservation, the municipality of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, will hold a 5-day Agro-Industrial Cultural Fair to cream its bicentennial anniversary.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare this year 1975, as the bicentennial year of the Municipality of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, and authorize the holding of an Agro-Industrial-Cultural Fair during the period from April 22 to 26, 1975.
