AUTHORIZING THE CALOOCAN BANTAYOG JAYCEES TO CONDUCT A FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM APRIL 5 TO MAY 15, 1975.

WHEREAS, the Caloocan Bantayog Jaycees will sponsor the 13th Metropolitan Regional Jaycee Conference in Caloocan City on May 17-18, 1975; and

WHEREAS, the Caloocan Bantayog Jaycees needs the support of its sympathizers and the public in general in order to carry out its civic and social activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Caloocan Bantayog Jaycees to conduct a fund campaign during the period from April 5 to May 15, 1975.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
