AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 786 ENTITLED “AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 682 DATED APRIL 17, 1970, ENTITLED ‘EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 423, DATED JULY 12, 1957, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PASIG, TAGUIG AND PARAÑAQUE, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND PASAY CITY, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN PASAY CITY AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR CIVIL AVIATION PURPOSES.'”

Proclamation No. 786 dated December 14, 1970, enlarging the area covered by Proclamation No. 682, dated March 17, 1990, is hereby amended and corrected by changing the technical description contained in said Proclamation No. 786, so that the same is read as follows:

“TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

A parcel of land (being a portion of Lot-2 PSU-2031), situated in the Manila International Airport, City of Pasay, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the North by lot occupied by Philippine Air Force, on the East by Super Highway, on the South by 06 Taxiway and on the West by 31 Taxiway. Beginning at a point marked ‘1’ on plan being S41 deg. 45' E., 2640.47 M. from BBM-8 of Pasay Cadastre.

thence S. 27 deg. 43' E., 334.42 m. to point 3

thence S. 60 deg. 30' W., 838.00 m. to point 4

thence S. 60 deg. 30' W., 239.42 m. to point 5

thence N. 45 deg. 13' W., 347.22 m. to point 6

thence N. 60 deg. 30' E., 334.61 m. to point of

beginning containing an area of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIX (377,606) SQUARE METERS more or less.”
