EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 811 DATED DECEMBER 27, 1961, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 54 DATED OCTOBER 7, 1962 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE NATIONAL PARK RESERVATION SITUATED IN QUEZON CITY, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR GOLD REFINERY, SECURITY PRINTING AND MINT PLANT SITE PURPOSES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 811 dated December 27, 1961, as amended by Proclamation No. 54 dated October 7, 1972, which established the National Park reservation situated in Quezon City, island of Luzon, a certain parcel of the land embraced therein the reserve the same for gold refinery, security printing and mint plant site purposes of the Central Bank of the Philippines, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 3-B-3-A-1-A of the subdivision of plan Bsd-04-000071, being a portion of Lot 3-D-3-A-1, Bsd-10532), situated in the District of Diliman, Quezon City. Bounded on the E., along lines 1-2-3 by East Avenue (30.00 M. Wide); on the SW., along lines 3-4-5-6-7 by Lot 3-B-3-A-1-C (Government Center); and on the NW., and N., along lines 7-8-1 by Lot 3-B-3-A-1-B (National Park), both of the subdivision plan.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 60 deg. 14' E., 1160.24 M. from B.L.L.M. 7, Quezon City.

containing an area of FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETEEN (57,319) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Points 7 and 8 by conc. post 20 x 20 cm.; and the rest are B.L. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm.; bearings true; date of the original survey December 1910-June 1911 and that of the subdivision survey October 21-November 9, 1974 and was approved on November 11, 1974.
