ANNOUNCING THE HOLDING OF THE SECOND PHILIPPINE KARTING PRIX

WHEREAS, the holding of a Philippine Karting Prix will promote further the development of sports in our country; and

WHEREAS, there is a necessity to encourage the public to support the holding of such race.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby announce the holding of the Second Philippine Karting Prix on March 20-25, 1975.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
