DECLARING MAY 4, 1975, AS DON MONICO MERCADO DAY IN SEXMOAN, PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, May 4, 1975, marks the birthday centenary of Don Monico R. Mercado, who was a former Congressman, poet, writer and educator;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare May 4, 1975, as Don Monico Mercado Day in Sexmoan, Pampanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
