[ Proclamation No. 1390, February 17, 1975 ]

AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE HEART ASSOCIATION, INC. TO CONDUCT AN EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN FROM FEBRUARY 1 TO JUNE 30, 1975.

WHEREAS, the heart is the seat of life, and the growing prevalence of heart cases among our people should arouse national awareness to this serious health problem; and

WHEREAS, the true wealth of a nation is the health of its people, and a nation is strong and healthy only as its people are strong and healthy;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Philippine Heart Association, Inc. to conduct an educational and fund campaign from February 1 to June 30, 1975.
