AUTHORIZING THE PANAMIN FOUNDATION, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL EDUCATION AND FUND CAMPAIGN UP TO JUNE 30, 1975.

WHEREAS, the PANAMIN Foundation, Inc., needs funds with which to carry on its various humanitarian projects for the benefit of our national minorities who comprise more than twelve per cent of our national population;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the PANAMIN Foundation, Inc., to conduct a fund campaign until June 30, 1975. I call upon all citizens and residents of the Philippines, irrespective of nationality, race or creed, to assist in this humanitarian endeavor by giving generously of their means.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
