RESERVING FOR CAPITOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for provincial capitol site purposes under the administration of the Provincial Government of North Cotabato, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Proposed reservation for Provincial Capitol Site, being a portion of the Amas Reforestation Station) situated in the Barrio of Amas, Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on Sketch Plan, being No. 58-00 W., 2,790.00 m. more or less, from the Barrio of Amas, Kidapawan, North Cotabato.

thence S. 45-00 W., 649.84 m. to point 2;

thence S. 56-00 E., 1780.00 m. to point 3;

thence N. 29-00 W., 640.00 m. to point 4;

thence N. 56-00 W., 1600.00 m. to point of beginning.

Containing an area of ONE MILLION SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN (1,077,487) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS.
