EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 1975 TO JUNE 30, 1975.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association was authorized under Proclamation No. 1296 dated August 2, 1974 to extend its educational and fund campaign up to December 31, 1974; and

WHEREAS, the Association needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal and in connection with the training of swimmers who will be sent to the United States in preparation for the 1976 Montreal World Olympics;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association up to June 30, 1975.
