DESIGNATING THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER, 31, 1975, FOR THE 1975 NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP, REHABILITATION AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE FRIENDS OF THE NATIONAL MENTAL HOSPITAL, INC. (FNMH).

WHEREAS, good mental rehabilitation program is essential in enabling recovered patients to adjust to ever-changing conditions, situations and to contribute to the task of nation-building;

WHEREAS, the Friends of the National Mental Hospital, Inc. realizing the value and importance of rehabilitating mentally ill patients, is deeply involved in the preventive, curative and rehabilitative aspects of the mental illness; and

WHEREAS, the association needs more members in the movement and funds to broaden the scope of its preventive and rehabilitative projects;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate the period of JANUARY 1 to DECEMBER 31, 1975, as the period for the 1975 National Membership, Rehabilitation and Fund Campaign of the Friends of the National Mental Hospital, Inc. I call upon all citizens and residents to assist in this campaign to give it their wholehearted support.
