DECLARING JANUARY 28, 1975, AS “JULIAN FELIPE DAY” IN CAVITE CITY.

WHEREAS, January 28, 1975, marks the 114th birthday of Julian Felipe, composer of the Philippine National Anthem; and

WHEREAS, the national anthem is the embodiment of the aspiration of a freedom-loving people and an inspiration in rallying the Filipino people against all forms of tyranny and oppression;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, January 28, 1975, as “Julian Felipe Day” in Cavite City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
