DECLARING JANUARY 21, 1975, AS EULOGIO RODRIGUEZ, SR. DAY IN RIZAL PROVINCE.

WHEREAS, January 21 marks the birth anniversary of the late Eulogio Rodriguez, Sr., former Governor of Rizal, Representative, Senator and President of the Senate; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable at least to commemorate his birthday in the province of his birth in appreciation of his dedication to public service;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare January 21, 1975, as Eulogio Rodriguez, Sr. Day in the Province of Rizal.
