DECLARING JANUARY 16, 1975 AS BATANGAS PROVINCE FOUNDATION DAY.

WHEREAS, January 16 marks the foundation day of the province of Batangas; and

WHEREAS, the people of the Province should be given the opportunity to mark this milestone in the Province’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare January 16, 1975 as Batangas Province Foundation Day.
