EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION TO MARCH 30, 1975.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association was authorized under Proclamation No. 1241 dated February 25, 1974, to conduct its education and fund campaign to December 31, 1974; and

WHEREAS, the association needs additional time to enable it to realize its fund campaign goal to carry on its mental health program;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the National fund campaign of the Philippine Mental Health Association up to March 30, 1975.
