[ Proclamation No. 1369, January 13, 1975 ]

EXTENDING THE DR. JOSE P. RIZAL MEMORIAL FOUNDATION UP TO JUNE 30, 1975.

WHEREAS, the Dr. Jose P. Rizal Memorial Foundation was authorized under Proclamation No. 1231 dated February 6, 1974, to conduct a fund drive from February 23 to June 19, 1974, for its Dr. Jose P. Rizal Medical and Research Center in the resettlement community at Dasmariñas, Cavite;

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 1270 was subsequently issued extending said fund campaign up to December 31, 1974; and

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs more time for the conduct of its drive to enable it to carry out its project;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the association’s fund campaign period up to June 30, 1975.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
