[ Proclamation No. 1365, December 27, 1974 ]

AUTHORIZING THE CHILDREN’S MUSEUM AND LIBRARY, INC. FOUNDATION TO CONDUCT ITS EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN DRIVE FROM JANUARY 1 TO JUNE 30, 1975.

WHEREAS, the promotion of the well-being of our children and their development into good and useful citizens and enlightened leaders of our country is the vital concern of society and all efforts should be exerted in that direction;

WHEREAS, civic projects for the development of the latent capabilities of our youth and the provision of proper facilities for such development should be encouraged; and

WHEREAS, the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc., a non-stock, non-profit civic foundation, in carrying out a program with objectives geared to these ends;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. to conduct an educational, membership and fund campaign drive from January 1 to June 30, 1975. I enjoin all residents, business firms, civic, religious, government, and other institutions to support this humanitarian movement.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
