EXTENDING THE ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE COMMUNITY CHEST FOUNDATION OF METROPOLITAN MANILA, INC. FROM DECEMBER 31, 1974 TO APRIL 30, 1975.

WHEREAS, the Community Chest Foundation of Metropolitan Manila, Inc. (CCFMM) was authorized under Proclamation No. 1269 dated May 30, 1974, to conduct a fund drive for the support of 35 welfare organizations; and

WHEREAS, the Association needs additional time to enable it to realize its fund goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the CCFMM from December 31, 1974 to April 30, 1975.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
