DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 25 TO 30, 1974, AS FIRST TARLAC CENTENNIAL WEEK.

WHEREAS, the Executive Committee of the Tarlac Centennial Celebration will celebrate the 100th year of the existence of the Province of Tarlac; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to project this milestone in the province’s history and its contribution to national progress and development;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declared the period from December 25 to 30, 1974, as First Tarlac Centennial Week under the auspices of the Executive Committee, Tarlac Centennial Celebration.
