RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE AND OTHER PURPOSES OF THE NUEVA VIZCAYA STATE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VISCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for building site and other purposes of the Nueva Vizcaya State Institute of Technology, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 2, being a portion of Lots 2879 and 2884 of the Cadastral Survey of Bayombong, L.R.C. G.L.R.C. Cad. Rec. No.__), situated in the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon.
