EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE CONSUMERS UNION OF THE PHILIPPINES UP TO MARCH 31, 1975

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 1184 dated September 13, 1973, extended by Proclamation No. 1238, the Consumers Union of the Philippines was authorized to conduct a national membership, consumers protection and educational fund campaign during the period from October 1, 1973 to October 31, 1974; and

WHEREAS, the Consumers Union of the Philippines, which is dedicated to safeguard and protect the interests of consumers, and to educate and inform the consuming public, as well as make the common man-the ultimate consumer — the focus of all benefits under our restructured society, needs more time for its campaign;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the educational and fund campaign period of the Consumers Union of the Philippines up to March 31, 1975.1aшphi1
