DECLARING OCTOBER 9 TO 13, 1974, AS JAYCEES WEEK

WHEREAS, the Philippine Jaycees is a civic and non-profit organization active in youth and community development projects; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to acknowledge the contribution of Philippine Jaycees in nation-building;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare October 9 to 13, 1974, as Jaycee Week under the auspices of the Philippine Jaycees.
