DECLARING SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 1974, AS WENCESLAO Q. VINZONS DAY IN CAMARINES NORTE

WHEREAS, the birth anniversary of Wenceslao Q. Vinzons, Sr., outstanding hero and martyr of World War II and a native son of Camarines Norte falls on Saturday, September 28, 1974; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting to commemorate his birthday and recall to mind his exemplary love of country;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare September 28, 1974, as Wenceslao Q. Vinzons Day in Camarines Norte.
