DECLARING NOVEMBER 22, 1974, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MAGUINDANAO

WHEREAS, Friday, November 22, 1974, marks the 1st charter anniversary of the Province of Maguindanao; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the province should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of his Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Friday, November 22, 1974, as a special public holiday in the Province of Maguindanao.
