DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 1974, AS “GENERAL MACABULOS DAY” IN TARLAC PROVINCE

WHEREAS, the birth anniversary of General Francisco S. Macabulos, a native son of Tarlac who became one of the well-known revolutionary figures in our struggle for freedom during the Spanish era falls on Tuesday, September 17, 1974; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to fittingly commemorate his life and heroic deeds for the emulation of our people;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 17, 1974, as “General Macabulos Day” in the Province of Tarlac.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
