DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 21 TO 27, 1974, AS MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING WEEK

WHEREAS, the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Professions have contributed to the progress of civilization;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers (PAMEE) will hold its 44th Annual National Convention in Zamboanga City on October 24 to 26, 1974; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to focus public attention on the important role the mechanical and electrical engineers play in the development of our country;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare October 21 to 27, 1974, as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Week under the auspices of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Associations.1aшphi1
