ESTABLISHING AS CASSAMATA HILL NATIONAL PARK FOR PANORAMIC, HISTORICAL, SCIENTIFIC AND AESTHETIC PURPOSES, THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BANGUED, ABRA, PHILIPPINES UNDER THE BUREAU OF FOREST DEVELOPMENT
Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forest Development and approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 3915, I , FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish as Cassamata Hill National Park for panoramic, historical, scientific and aesthetic purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Forest Development, a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Bangued, Province of Abra, Philippines, containing an area of 57.0 hectares, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to such conditions and restrictions as may be imposed in accordance with forest laws and regulations, which parcel of land is shown and described in Bureau of Forest Development Map N.P.-38.1aшphi1
