AUTHORIZING THE ZONTA CLUB OF MAKATI, PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A FUND DRIVE FROM AUGUST 15, 1974 TO OCTOBER 15, 1974

WHEREAS, the Zonta Club of Makati, Philippines, a non-profit civic organization, is engaged in several social action projects, among which are the Silahis Drug Center and the Nutrition Center and Self-Help Project at Carmona, Cavite; and

WHEREAS, the Association needs the support and cooperation of the public to enable it to carry on with its projects;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize said association to conduct a fund drive from August 15, 1974 to October 15, 1974.1aшphi1
