EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 514 DATED NOVEMBER 7, 1932, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, ISLAND OF PALAWAN, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE PALAWAN TEACHERS COLLEGE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 514 dated November 7, 1932, which established the Provincial Government Center site reservation situated in the City of Puerto Princesa, Island of Palawan, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for school site purposes of the Palawan Teachers College under the control and administration of its Board of Trustees, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

Proposed area to be excluded from the Government Center Site reservation under Proclamation No. 514 (Lot 186-D, Puerto Princesa Cadastre 37) PALAWAN TEACHERS COLLEGE.

A parcel of land (Lot 186-D, Puerto Princesa Cadastre 37, L.R.C. Record No. ) situated in the municipality of Puerto Princesa, province of Palawan. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Palanca Street (Existing); on the E., along line 2-3 by Mendoza Street; on the SE., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 186-E, Puerto Princesa Cadastre 37 (Girl Scout of the Philippines); on the S., along lines 5-6-7 by Filipino Street; on the W., along line 7-8-9 by Cinco Martires Street; and on the NW., along 9-10-1 by lot 186-C, Puerto Prinsesa Cadastre 37 (East Central School Site). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 88 deg. 45’E., 779.21 m. from BLLM No. 1, Puerto Princesa Cadastre 37;

thence S. 83 deg. 51' E., 37.84 m. to point 2;

thence S. 5 deg. 22' W., 137.94 m. to point 3;

thence N. 80 deg. 42’W. 20.70 m. to point 4;

thence S. 2 deg. 55’W., 19.47 m. to point 5;

thence N. 78 deg. 58' W, 98.90 m. to point 6;

thence N. 78 deg. 58’W., 1.74 m. to point 7;

thence N. 6 deg. 39’E., 6.15 m. to point 8;

thence N. 6 deg. 39' E, 40.00 m. to point 9;

thence N. 83 deg. 51' E., 78.82 m. to point 10,

thence N. 6 deg. 39’E., 101.50 m to point of

beginning.

Containing an area of NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTY EIGHT (9,688) SQUARE METERS.1aшphi1
