EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE SPECIAL CHILD ASSOCIATION OF CEBU, INC. FOR PURPOSES OF A NATIONAL RAFFLE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUPILS OF ST. MARTIN DE PORRES SCHOOL FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 1974 UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1974

WHEREAS, the Special Child Association of Cebu, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 1255 dated April 17, 1974, to conduct a campaign for purposes of a national raffle for the benefit of the pupils of St. Martin de Porres School from May 1 to August 31, 1974;

WHEREAS, the Association needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its fund goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Special Child Association of Cebu, Inc., from September 1, 1974 up to December 31, 1974.
