DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 1, 1974, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN SOUTHERN LEYTE

WHEREAS, Monday, July 1, 1974, marks the Charter anniversary of the Province of Southern Leyte; and

WHEREAS, the people of the province should be given opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their Province’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Monday, July 1, 1974, as a special public holiday in Southern Leyte.
