DECLARING JULY 7-13, 1974, AS PUBLIC HEALTH WEEK

WHEREAS, the First Asian Regional Conference of Public Health Associations will be hosted by the Philippine Public Health Association, Inc. in Manila on July 8-11, 1974;

WHEREAS, there is a necessity to focus public attention on the important role of developing and strengthening voluntary health organizations to support government health programs;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare July 7-13, 1974, as Public Health Week.
