MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1270, June 3, 1974 ] EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE DR. JOSE P. RIZAL MEMORIAL FOUNDATION. WHEREAS, the Dr. Jose P. Rizal Memorial Foundation was authorized under Proclamation No. 1231 dated February 26, 1974, to conduct a fund drive from February 23 to June 19, 1974, for its Dr. Jose P. Rizal Medical Research Center in the resettlement community at Dasmariñas, Cavite; and WHEREAS, the foundation needs more time for the conduct of its drive; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign period of the Dr. Jose P. Rizal Memorial Foundation up to December 31, 1974.
