EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARENTHOOD COUNCIL UP TO MAY 31, 1975.

WHEREAS, the Responsible Parenthood Council was authorized under Proclamation No. 1031 dated June 14, 1972, to conduct a fund drive for its responsible parenthood program; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs additional time for the conduct of its campaign;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign period of the Responsible Parenthood Council up to May 31, 1975.
