DECLARING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10, 1974, AND SATURDAY, APRIL 13, 1974 AS SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
WHEREAS, Wednesday, April 10, 1974 and Saturday, April 13, 1974 may be declared as special public holidays without detriment to the public service;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me under Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Wednesday, April 10, 1974, and Saturday, April 13, 1974, as special public holidays.
