FURTHER EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE FOUNDATION FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHILIPPINES, INC. UP TO AUGUST 31, 1974.

WHEREAS, the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc. was authorized to conduct a national educational and fund campaign from September 8, 1973 to March 31, 1974;

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc. up to August 31, 1974.
