EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION FOR ANOTHER SIX (6) MONTHS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1974 UP TO JUNE 30, 1974.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association was further authorized under Proclamation No. 1158 dated July 6, 1973 to extend its educational and fund campaign up to December 31, 1973;

WHEREAS, the Association needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal and in connection with the hosting by the Philippines of the 5th Asian Age Group International Swimming Meet on June 28-30, 1971;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association up to June 30, 1974.1aшphi1
