MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1228, January 31, 1974 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 312 DATED APRIL 23, 1930, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE- SANITARY CAMP AND NURSERY SITES RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 312 dated April 23, 1930, which established the Sanitary Camp and Nursery sites reservation situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, certain parcels of the land embraced therein, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of Chapter IX of the Public Land Act, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows: Lot No. 57, Ts-38 Lot No. 3.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-306, S. 24 degrees 06 minutes E. 208.32 m. from triangulation station sky line, Baguio townsite, thence S. 15 degrees 23 minutes E. 34.36 m. to point 2; S. 60 degrees 18 minutes W. 26.08 m. to point 8; N. 1 degree 44 minutes E. 49.74 m. to point 4; S. 78 degrees 02 minutes E. 12.58 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.0736 hectare. Bounded on the north, by property claimed by the City of Baguio; on the northeast, by Trinidad Creek; on the southeast, by Lot No. 4; and on the West, by Trinidad Road. Lot No. 58, Ts-38 Lot No. 4.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-306, S. 14 degrees 25 minutes E. 292.55 m. from triangulation station sky line, Baguio townsite, thence N. 1 degree 36 minutes W. 47.14 m. to point 2; N. 60 degrees 18 minutes E. 26.08 m. to point 3; S. 48 degrees 45 minutes E. 80.96 m. to point 4; S. 41 degrees 04 minutes W. 35.00 m. to point 5; N. 71 degrees 34 minutes W. 62.42 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.3947 hectare. Bounded on the northeast, by Trinidad Creek; on the southeast, by Lot No. 5; on the West, by Trinidad Road; and on the Northwest, by Lot No. 3. PORTION OF LOT 23-J Lot 1 BAGUIO TOWNSITE NEW LUCBAN SCHOOL SITE A parcel of land (Lot 23-J of Baguio Townsite) situated in Residence Section “H”, City of Baguio, Bounded on the NE., by New Lucban Road, on the SE., by Health Center Reservation, on the SW., by Lucban Creek on the NW, by Lot 2, Lot 23-J. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan being S. 48-39 E. 236.36 meters from Triangulation Skyline, Baguio Townsite. Thence S. 66 deg. 29' E., 40.00 m. to point 2; thence S. 1 deg. 57' E., 192.08 m. to point 3; thence N. 22 deg. 57' W., 106.38 m. to point 4; thence S. 0 deg. 44' E., 110.00 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-one (5,721) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by New B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mon.; bearings true; date of survey, February 6, 1957. Upon the segregation of the said parcels of land, Lots 57, 58 and 23-J (portion) shall each be subdivided into convenient size residential lots consistent with the requirements of the Department of Local Government and Community Development and the Baguio Coordination Committee as to the minimum area to be observed in the locality.
