EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 10, DATED FEBRUARY 9, 1924, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORBES PARK FOREST RESERVATION, PARCEL III, SITUATED IN SECTION “D”, CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION EMBRACED THEREIN, AND DECLARING THE SAME AS LAND GRANT TO THE SAINT LOUIS UNIVERSITY OF BAGUIO CITY FOR COLLEGE OF MEDICINE AND COMMUNITY HOSPITAL SITE PURPOSES.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested by law in me, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 10 dated February 9, 1924, which established the Forbes Park Reservation, Parcel III, a certain portion of land embraced therein situated in Residence Section “D”, Baguio Townsite, Island of Luzon, and declare the same as land grant to the Saint Louis University of Baguio City for College of Medicine and Community Hospital site purposes, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: to wit:
A parcel of land (LRC) SWO-13239, situated in Residence Section “D”, City of Baguio. Bounded on the N., along line 3-4-5,by PSU-210605, Hipolita Eslao; on the E., along line 5-6, by Lot 2-J (LRC) Psd-92083, Leonilo Ocampo; along line 6-7-8, by Swo-12873, Lorenzo Guirrey; on the SE., along line 8-9, by Public Land, along line 9-10-11, by Lot 4, Psu-188437, .Sergio Molintas; on the S., by Public Land, on the W., along line 1-2 by Pacdal Road; and on the NW., along line, 2-3, by Pacdal Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 75 deg. 04' E., 255.24 m. from Triangulation Station “D”, Baguio Townsite,
