RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE MAJOR FERDINAND E. MARCOS VETERANS REGIONAL HOSPITAL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PALITUD, MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for building site purposes of the Major Ferdinand E. Marcos Veterans Regional Hospital, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the barrio of Palitud, Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Portion of Lot 2884 and 2879, Bayombong
Cad. 45 Extension
A parcel of land on plan (portion of Lot 2884 and 2879, Bayombong Cad. 45 Extension) situated in the Barrio of Palitud, Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., by Lot 1813, Bayomboim Cad. 45 Ext, on the SE., and SW., by property of NVSIT, and on the NW, by Lot 2921, Bayombong Cad. 45 Ext.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on the Plan being S. 2 deg. 12' W., 348.00 M to point 2;

“All points referred to are on Plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Points “2” and “3” by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 CM.1aшphi1 and the rest are old points. Date of survey was October 2-3, 1973 executed by Primo R. Costes, Geodetic Engineer.”
