EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE FOUNDATION FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHILIPPINES, INC. UP TO MARCH 31, 1974.

WHEREAS, the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc. was authorized under Proclamation No. 1182 dated September 9, 1973, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign from September 8 to December 31, 1973; and

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc. up to March 31, 1974.

Done in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-four.
