DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 24, 1973, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

WHEREAS, Monday, December 24, 1973, may be declared a special public holiday without detriment to the public service;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me under Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Monday, December 24, 1973, as a special public holiday.
