MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1194, October 19, 1973 ] EXTENDING THE PERIOD OF THE ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE COMMUNITY CHESTS AND COUNCILS IN THE PHILIPPINES TO DECEMBER 31, 1973. WHEREAS, the Community Chests and Councils in the Philippines were authorized under Proclamation No. 1128 dated April 12, 1973, to conduct fund campaigns from June 1 to October 31, 1973, to support the services of their welfare agencies; and WHEREAS, the Community Chest Organizations need additional time to enable them to realize their fund campaign goals. NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by the order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the period of the Annual Educational and Fund Campaign of the Community Chests and Councils in the Philippines to December 31, 1973.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
